What is Schoolise?

Schoolise is a connected platform for schools, tutoring centres, training providers and other learning organisations. Instead of separate systems for registration, timetabling, finance and communication, everything runs on one shared dataset — so information entered once is available everywhere it’s needed.

Why one connected platform

Separate systems mean the same information, entered more than once

Registration in one system, timetabling in another, finance in a spreadsheet, messages over email — each one solves a single problem well, but none of them share what they know about the same student. Schoolise is built the other way around: one connected dataset, with every module sitting on top of it.

How Schoolise works

One dataset, built up in layers

Everything below shares the same underlying organisation, people and academic structure — nothing here is a bolt-on system with its own copy of the data.

Core Platform

Organisation, people, courses, timetable and attendance — the foundation every organisation runs on.

AI-ready future

A connected dataset is what makes future AI-assisted features possible — planned, not yet part of the platform.

Planned
One connected dataset

Students, staff, parents, courses, attendance, assessments and communications all work together — without duplicate data

Update a student’s details once, and it’s correct everywhere: in the register, the parent portal, the finance record and every report that touches it.

Platform highlights

What that actually means, day to day

No duplicate data entry

A student, class or timetable change made once is reflected everywhere it’s used.

Start with the core, add as you grow

Every organisation begins on the same foundation, then adds only the packages it needs.

Role-based views for everyone

Administrators, teachers, parents and students each see a view built around their role.

Reporting that crosses modules

Because the data is shared, a report can combine attendance, finance and academic data at once.

Built for every kind of learning organisation

The same platform, configured for how you run

Questions

Frequently asked questions

One product. The Core Platform and every optional package share the same underlying data — packages aren’t separate tools bolted on afterwards.
No. Every organisation starts with the Core Platform, then adds only the packages relevant to how it runs. See the Packages page for the full list.
Yes, through supported integrations such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Stripe and SMTP — see the Integrations page for the current list.
Not yet — it’s on the roadmap. It’s included here to explain why the underlying architecture matters: a single connected dataset is what future AI-assisted features would build on.
